If you are using a Harmony Touch, Ultimate One, Ultimate, Ultimate Home, 950, or Elite, on your remote tap on Menu > Settings > General > Account

If you are a Harmony mobile app user, on the Harmony app, tap on Menu > Harmony Setup > Add/Edit Devices and Activities > Settings > Account Info

We recommend you to use the MyHarmony desktop software. It is designed to eliminate browser compatibility and associated plug-in issues, and gives you better experience.

After your download is complete, open MyHarmony-App.exe from the downloaded folder and follow the installation instructions.

Unable to download or install after multiple attempts?

To download a zipped version of the app click here. It does not require installation. You will only need to unzip it and click on MyHarmonyLauncher.exe to launch the app.
